POSITION SUMMARY:The Accountant Sr – SEC Reporting position is responsible for supporting the company's financial record-keeping and
reporting requirements. This position ensures compliance with US and other GAAP, corporate policies and procedures, and
common ethical practices. This is a detail-oriented and hands-on position that requires the individual to be able to multi-
task in a fast-paced environment with effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills;
demonstrated successful organizational and time management skills; problem solving abilities; and international business
acumen.
SALARY & BENEFITS$70,000 to $90,000 plus bonus potential

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the preparation of quarterly financial statements, footnotes, and management analysis
Assists with preparing SEC filings – specifically Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Serves as the company's lead for lease accounting (ASC 842)
Assists with integration of acquired companies
Communicates with local and foreign subsidiaries to resolve accounting issues
Communicate and explain accounting matters to senior leadership
Analyzes and reconciles financial statement information
Prepares account reconciliations
With assistance from manager, research, review, and interpret US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Assists with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and related documentation

SKILLS:Essential:
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to analyze and provide reports and communications to higher
level management about the specific areas of responsibility
Detailed oriented and task driven to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and complete the tasks necessary to accurately present the financial condition and results of
operations of the company
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookps and Pivot tables
Proficient in other Microsoft applications including Word and PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE:Essential:
2 – 5 years' experience in accounting or a related field
Desirable:
Experience with preparation of the statement of cash flows is highly desirable
Public accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems, SAP highly desirable
Experience with month end close
Experience working for a multi-national company
Experience with external financial reporting and SEC regulations
Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842)
Experience with the Costar lease accounting software tool
Experience with international subsidiaries that operate in foreign currencies
Experience with Toppan Merrill Bridge, Workiva Wdesk, Donnelley ActiveDisclosure, or similar financial reporting
tool
EDUCATION:Essential:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
