Hi everyone,
I successfully passed the first part using the Hock Passmap study system. I completed all the units, watched all the videos, and answered all the MSQs, achieving an 80% score on two practice exams. Additionally, I completed around 300 external MSQs from other sources.
After finishing the first part, I took a few months to focus on my career as I was moving to the US and needed to secure a job before continuing my CMA journey.
I began studying for the second part in the last 10 days of December 2023 and scheduled my exam for February 29th, 2024. Recognizing that the time was limited, I dedicated three hours of study every day. I managed to complete all the videos, solve all the MCQs, and summarize the main contents for a final review on exam day. Three days before the exam, I spent the entire day practicing my time management skills by completing a 100 MCQs session.
During the exam, I reached the essay part, indicating that I answered at least 50 MCQs correctly. I wrote extensively in the essay section, even though I was not familiar with some aspects of the essay questions.
I am planning to schedule my exam for the end of June. I have already gone through all the materials and feel very familiar with the content.
What are the advice/studying strategies I should take to ensure I pass the exam?
