  • 1.  Exam scheduler error

    Hi,

    I registered for the Part 1 Exam for Jan-Feb window. I am getting an error when I am trying to schedule with the prometric - 'The Identification number entered was not recognized. please try again later. I tried for a day, but no luck so far.
    Is this normal or is there anything I need to be doing about it ?

    I suggest you call up prometric customer service. This time I too faced difficulty in rescheduling my cma exams ultimately I had to call up their customer service and got it rescheduled.

    Not so far, but I mailed the prometric as a general inquiry.
    I think you can schedule by mailing them also.

    Hi,

    Please email IMA team they might help. During my rescheduling I got response from IMA saying they will help me with this but they need more time. Ultimately I had to reschedule it by calling up prometric call centre.
    Don't delay you might not get the date of your choice.
