Hi,
I have taken Part 1 in October of last year. The advice I can personally give you is probably the one you already read from the different forums and articles:
1) Be well familiar with the LOS. As long as you are reasonably confident, you should be fine.
2) Although the test includes calculation questions, you should be very well familiar with the concepts. that's the foundation.
3) Time-management wise.: do not get stuck in a question for too long, mark it as FLAG for later review. Do not leave any questions unanswered. Time can be your worse enemy in the exam, especially if you get stuck in a question and get nervous.
4) It all comes down to study and practice. Choose study materials that suit your learning style and complement it with the Support Package from the IMA website.
Best of lucks!

Guys have any of you all taken the CMA Part 1 exam in this month? If yes, what would you advise a person who is taking the exam next week?
