I have worked in public companies, being focused on cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. I now have a job at a start up company and I am looking for guidance on how to make the most of start up experience. The best part is I am not confined to one area of accounting and finance and I can look at the entire P&L, BS and CF. I am currently a Senior Financial Analyst and I am looking to identify what kind of experience can help me get the manager or controller role.
Any advice or thoughts are welcome.
