I sympathize with your situation as I had the same experience roughly 6 years ago. The only thing one can do is remain positive and continue to educate oneself in their field (as long as there are jobs available in the field). You are much better with the CMA designation than without.
Regarding your question, you having passed the CMA examinations should give employers a signal that you have the knowledge and abilities to handle the technical aspects of an accounting job focused on cost-accounting / managerial-accounting.
I do not know how well known the CMA is in Saudi Arabia, but in the US it well recognized.
