    Achieve Success in 2016 with the help of GLEIM Professor-Led CMA Live Review

    I am pleased to announce that the IMA Wild West Council and the IMA AZ Valley of the Sun Chapter are offering an Online CMA Review course presented via webcast by a live instructor beginning in April of 2016.

    This course will offer participants the ability to take the course from any location with the advantage of having live instruction and immediate feedback.  

    The course meets on Saturdays for seven weeks.  Both Parts 1 and 2 are available. For more information please go to:

    Dear Rohtash,

    I sympathize with your situation as I had the same experience roughly 6 years ago. The only thing one can do is remain positive and continue to educate oneself in their field (as long as there are jobs available in the field). You are much better with the CMA designation than without.

    Regarding your question, you having passed the CMA examinations should give employers a signal that you have the knowledge and abilities to handle the technical aspects of an accounting job focused on cost-accounting / managerial-accounting.

    I do not know how well known the CMA is in Saudi Arabia, but in the US it well recognized.
