I have checked the Prometric site and it mentioned the following: 

Cancelling your appointment with Prometric does not generate a refund or an automatic approved test window change. It only allows you to have the possibility to reschedule the appointment for a different date in the same testing window.

I want to change the whole testing window, by either canceling and getting a refund, then buy the needed window and schedule a new date, or if possible to reschedule in a different way.

Kindly advise, if this happened with anybody.

Yes only because of Covid time , not sure you can do reschedule in another window in normal circumstances

• I attempted to move my Part 2 from June to September. I emailed them and I stated the reason of "tight schedule at work and no sufficient time to prepare" but it's not valid for them. @Vandana Khabaz, please let me know if they will let you change your schedule on a different window period. Best of luck! 🙂
