The CPE program aims to equip participant with emerging concepts, proven skills and knowledge on Cost Management for Small Businesses. It will help to establish achieve further profitable growth.

• Cost Classification for control purposes
• Management accounting in small businesses
• The Purpose of Management Information System
• Sources and categories of information
• Cost behavior and levels of activity

Followed by: Q&A and 30 minutes networking session

Trainer Profile:

Rizwan Khan is an experienced trainer with over 24 years of academic and professional training background around the globe. His portfolio include renowned universities, multinational companies and other training institutes. He is currently CFO and CIO of a European manufacturing company. Besides, he is heading a US consulting company as a CEO. In addition to that he is CTO of a Vietnamese IT company.
