    Hi All,

    Can someone please help as I am trying to renew my membership and getting an error that "A critical error has occurred. Please check the Admin Logs for further details."

    How do I check the Admin Logs or what should I do to renew my membership.

    I am facing the same issue tried several times in the past few days no luck same error message

    Hi Sherine,

    I had this problem and I was try ways to fix this then i got to the option "My Order". In "My Order", you would see there is an order reference created as tried renewing but did not complete transaction. So, would suggest you to click on My Order and then click on Order Reference and then you would see the option to renew the membership.
