I went all in on Surgent for my exam preparation. Ultimately, it really comes down to how you learn. The package I purchased from Surgent contained the online platform, a text book for each part, and a rolodex of definition flash cards for each part. The online platform is pretty intuitive however it does have it's flaws. There were times I'd receive a MCQ of a section but that question was predicated on a different question within the same section, one I had not received yet. The online platform has a video and slideshow for each section and subsection. The textbook is pretty poor which hurt me as I learn best by reading. I can't speak for the effectiveness of either Gleim, Wiley, or Becker as I've never used those products. From the small amount of insights I've been able to access of their material, I do believe at least Gleim would have been a better option for myself.
TLDR: Surgent is great if you aren't a read material first, test yourself after person. The MCQs can be properly challenging. The Essay questions are hit or miss. Price is steep for the whole package.
