Were they able to refund the amount? I encountered the same issue and have already sent an email, but I still have not received any reply from IMA.

I am Muhammed shan kurunthorath, a CMA USA Student with IMA Membership ID 000010565470(student membership). I applied to renew my membership on 15-12-2022 and 16-12-2022, both these attempts got failed and the amount deducted from my bank account and the profile did not get updated.
Later i updated it through another bank account on 17-12-2022.
I am attaching the bank statement where payment toward IMA is showing with this.
I kindly request you to refund the amount.
