I am Dept Chair and Associate Professor of Accounting at California State University-Bakersfield. My research collaborators and I are inviting you to take part in a survey to help better understand how "humane" elements affect businesses. A few of the questions are about the level of innovation in the workplace, while other questions ask about the "humane" aspect at the workplace. These are about envisioning, empathy, enablement, and empowerment.
It would be appreciated if you can share your experiences by filling this survey, which may take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your role can be either an owner, manager, or employee in the workplace.
