For changing membership from Professional to student you must be currently studying under graduation or master degree if you competed your graduation or master degree then you will not be eligible for student membership. Student membership for those who are pursing graduation with university.

Kindly contact the person who approved your scholarship you can contact cmascholarship@... you will  get response some time late due to his busy schedule.

Ask him procedure because I think you need to submit collage latter head with your student id card details and collage details with your principle signed & stamp of your collage.
