Dear Members,
I have just recently booked my exam for the September/October 2025 Exam window. However, I am currently unable to schedule my exam appointment due to an error related to the authorization number.
When attempting to schedule, I receive the following message:
"Error - The identification number entered was not recognized, Please try again."
is anyone facing the same issues and how to resolve this issue.
