Just came across this article discussing Microsoft's approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I)....in the face of some DE&I headwinds in the U.S. The tech giant positions DE&I as integral to its culture, embedding these values across business processes and talent management strategies. Rather than a temporary trend, Microsoft views DE&I as essential to sustainable innovation and employee well-being, highlighting their commitment to measurable progress. Bottom line...DE&I isn't a special program (which can come and go), it is inherent in everything they do.
