I want to confirm that do i need to renew my ima membership if i am doing undergraduation right now and not working anywhere and my both parts part 1 and part 2 of US CMA are cleared .  

Is it compulsory to renew? 

And  can i renew my membership after 3 or 4 year later then submit  my work experience and take my certificate 

And what if i dont renew my membership now and renew it after 1 or 2 year 

Does it forefieted my cma passing 

It is better to renew now. But, still you can renew it when you have sufficient finance to pay for your membership after you get a job. Or write a mail to IMA what best you can do to hold the membership active.
