I cleared Part 1 of the exam, but is the result invalid?

  • 1.  I cleared Part 1 of the exam, but is the result invalid?

    Posted 11-15-2024 11:39 AM

I enrolled for the CMA Program in college in 2022. My membership was expiring on 30th Nov 2024, so I renewed it to last till 31st Dec 2025. Now, I have cleared my 1st part of CMA in May of this year, and have registered for Part 2 to give in May of 2025.

However, I was told through some POC at IMA that if I don't write my Part 2 exam before Jan 2025, I will have to REWRITE Part 1 because "Entrance fee expires". What does that mean? I have renewed my membership till December 2025, I also got no such message while registering for May 2025, what does this mean that I have to clear both my Exam Parts before Jan 2025 for them to be valid?

This is an urgent matter, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Actually its available in the cma hand book your enterence fee will be valid for three year if you didn't complete both part during this time  then your passed part also you need to retake . So its better to take the exam before its expires .
