You probably need to contact Prometric about that. I think you can change the date of your exam, but I don't know about changing the mode/location. I think I had to pay a fee to change my exam date, but I didn't lose everything.

I have a query on the CMA US exams. Recently while booking an appointment for the exam I mistakenly selected "Remote Proctoring" mode instead of "Test Center Exam" mode. Can i cancel remote proctoring and book test center exam. Will my exam fees be forfeited in that case? Kindly advise.
