As we know, DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is about creating a fair and welcoming environment where everyone, regardless of their background, identity, or experiences, has equal opportunities to contribute, grow, and feel valued.
This just doesn't apply to an organisation or a workplace, it's also a good practice to understand Inclusion in personal lives as well, the more we treat everyone equally& make sure they feel heard and seen the more are the chances of this world becoming a better place.
