    I've noticed a discrepancy on my IMA account. My name is listed as "HAJIRA KHANUM," but my IDs display "HAJIRA KHANUM A." Could you please advise on how to update my account to match my IDs accurately?

    Hello Hajira,

    Earlier I faced the same issue, however the technical team at Headquarter solved it, please be noted that name can be changed only if you DIDINT clear both parts.

    You send them a form about name change and they will assist you
