  • 1.  CMA Certificate Delivery

    I passed all CMA exams in May of this year and also fulfilled the education and experience requirements in July. Therefore, I received the digital CMA badge on 21 July.

    Later, I received an email from a CMA officer on 14 August regarding the delivery of my CMA certificate. She requested that I confirm my delivery address.

    I updated the address in the portal and also replied to the email.

    However, up until now, I still have not received any status or notification regarding the delivery of my CMA certificate.

    Due to unforeseen circumstances, I moved to a different address at the end of September.

    I have sent multiple emails to the officer asking for the delivery status, but I have received no feedback.

    Could anyone please advise on what I should do? Thank you in advance.

    My Understanding it takes from 6 to 8 weeks to receive it
