Appreciate you trying to look into this but this has been sorted out. Turns out the there's been an error when I opted for auto-renewal a year ago. I have already renewed my membership and the discount was properly applied. Now I am able to see in my account that my future renewals will be auto-renewed. Thank you!

I remember paying for my IMA membership last year and opted for auto-renewal because 25% discount on your future renewals sure is a great offer but now I kept being asked to renew since my current membership expires today, April 30. I don't understand because my membership is supposed to be auto-renewed and that's the reason I even saved my card details. Anyone who experienced/is experiencing the same?
