    which states "It is a violation of the IMA® Statement of Ethical Professional Practice to reproduce, re-sell, or otherwise copy or distribute CMA exam preparation materials without expressed written permission from the publisher. It is also a violation to disclose actual CMA exam content. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be subject to revocation of their CMA certificate and/or IMA membership"
