To access the Exam Support Package, please go to the IMA website www.imanet.org:
Log in the IMA website using the link at the top of the page.
- Click myIMA in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- On the blue left-hand navigation bar click on myOrders.
- Click on Digital Content Access.
- Click on the hyperlink CMA Exam Support Package.
Just note that the support package will expire if you accesses it 3 times or 6 months have passed from your CMA entrance fee purchase date. Please just make sure you download it to your computer for unlimited access. If it has been past 6 months, please contact member services at ima@... and they can assist you further. Thank you.

You should be able to access it via 'myIMA' dashboard -> 'myOrders' -> 'Digital Content Access' if you have already registered for an exam.
