    Hi all,

Have any of you tried the Surgent CMA review? I am a bit confused regarding which material to choose for the exam. Please advise

I am currently using Surgent and I'm not all impressed. The book is completely disorganized. There are errors, misinformation or incomplete information. The lectures are OK. The study material completely glosses over very important information. The sample questions and progress tracking are good.

I did pass part 1 using Surgent, but barely. It says it will cut down on your study time, but I don't see it.

I do wish I would have checked out Wiley a little more.

I did extensive research and comparisons of the different review materials.

I evaluated Surgent and decided that it wasn't robust enough.

I ultimately chose Hock after completing an apples to apples comparison of it to Gleim.  I am very happy with my decision  thus far.

    Hi Rochelle,

I also chose Hock and am currently studying since about July for Part 1 of the CMA exam. So far so good with Hock materials.
