We are pleased to announce that registration for REST 2020 is now open on the REST website. REST 2020 will held in Reno, NV on Thu, Feb 27 - Sat, Feb 29, 2020. In addition, we are thrilled to announce a change in venue for REST 2020 to the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. The Peppermill has the amenities that you have come to expect at REST, plus more - REST discounted room rates, comfortable meeting rooms in a professional environment, a variety of dining experiences and cuisines, the three-story Spa Toscana, two resort pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, 24/7 gaming on the 82,000-square-foot casino floor, an array of nightlife choices and evening entertainment, and shopping.
As in the past, REST 2020 will be offering 22 hours of live continuing professional education (CPE) instruction towards your professional accreditation. Our goal is to provide attendees with a variety of courses on timely topics with exceptional instructors at an affordable price, and this year is no exception. The courses that will be offered at REST 2020 are GAAP Updates, Employment Law, Auditing/Investigating Techniques, Management Reporting in Excel, Tough Conversations, Federal Tax Updates, Data Analytics, Forensic Accounting, Analyzing Financial Statements, Workplace Communications, Professional Ethics and a Casino Operational Audit.
