    The Profitability & Cost Management Shared Interest Group brings together practitioners, leaders, and innovators who believe that finance can - and should - drive organizational value. We focus on practical approaches to learning, networking, and leading in areas such as:

    • Profitability analytics & cost management
    • Integrated planning and performance modeling
    • Data, governance & internal control frameworks (COSO-aligned)
    • Execution excellence to deliver measurable value
