Dear Mahmoud,
You shouldn't be worried about MCQ rather than Essay which can be very tough and need a lot of memorizing for every single detail, even journal entries for calculations made to answer a problem question.
The key point is: IMA learning outcome statements (LOS) which describe all what we should know and memorize about management accounting.
I am using Wiley CMAexcel course and was very surprised to have (2) essay questions full of journal entries for sock issuance and assets classification in the very beginning of Part 1 (Section A).
My advice to you :
1- Practice questions, practice & practice again (As many as you can get)
2- Summarize materials to LOS level & requirement
3- Use flash cards everywhere you go, even in toilet
