I have completed all the requirements for the CMA Certification earlier this year.  Passed both tests and completed all other requirements.  I received the email in March congratulating me on achieving the certification.  However, three months later, I have not yet received an actual certificate.  Maybe I'm wrong here, but I assumed that a physical certificate would be mailed to me?  Something that I can frame and put in my office.  Is there an actual certificate?  Should I just be patient, considering the world this year, or is there someone specific I should reach out to?

​ I had the same question regarding when a physical certificate would be mailed to new CMAS.  I inquired and received a e-mail message from the ICMA that the offices remain closed, but they are hoping to begin mailing certificates within the next couple of weeks.
