Without a doubt, online banking is very beneficial in terms of cost and time savings. If your company is currently practicing this payment method please advise how the process is handled with maximum security.
We want to implement paperless AP transactions; eliminating hard copies of vendor invoices, check forms, etc. Currently our checks are signed by a few authorized check signers only. A copy of an approved invoice is attached to the check and forwarded to the signer for final review and signature.
If we convert to online banking, what is the best way to forward approved, soft copy invoices to the signer(s) for transaction authorization?
