     2nd year is 8000 loss,  question asks about 2nd year grossprofit.  AS there is no gross profit  answer should be zero na?

    for the calculation, we need to minus current year income from previously recognized income, which is 42000-34000=8000 profit. it is not a loss because the question also states total gross profit recognized from the project is 78000.
