Don't fret. There will be some lengthy questions on the actual exam, however, there are many more that you should be able to answer quickly.
My advice: flag the lengthy questions and return to them after you've answered the shorter ones. Since you're not penalized for a wrong answer, it's in your best interest to answer all of the questions. If you are running short on time, using the strategy of answering all of the quick questions first will allow you to answer more questions.

Just appeared for CMA part2, but not able went through 1st Session of MCQ, I found as most of them very lengthy questions to read and conclude in a short time.
