    HI,

Just appeared for CMA part2, but not able went through 1st Session of MCQ, I found as most of them very lengthy questions to read and conclude in a short time.

Does anyone has guidance around on some tricks, planning etc, on how to deal such things during exams.

    Hi,

I also attempted part 2 but could not pass. However I can share my experience. I have attempted short questions first and then lengthy one and I gone through the next step however I was not conceptually strong and could not perform well in essay type questions. I could score 340 marks.

However everyone need to be very strong in cocepts before appearing in exam.

    that's it.

Don't fret.  There will be some lengthy questions on the actual exam, however, there are many more that you should be able to answer quickly.  My advice: flag the lengthy questions and return to them after you've answered the shorter ones.  Since you're not penalized for a wrong answer, it's in your best interest to answer all of the questions.  If you are running short on time, using the strategy of answering all of the quick questions first will allow you to answer more questions.
