I have canceled my appointment on 09/02/2021, I got the payment receipt at the same time, I havnt still received the confirmation mail from their side, that I need to send to IMA for switchung the window, and requested for confirmation through several mails and calls, but no responses, this is the worst customer services I have ever experienced.
My exam date is 22nd Feb and I paid $50, now I am helpless, since I have no lead time.
