    Good morning,

    From myIMA, go to MyOrders (menu on left side of screen), then click on Digital Content Access.  The CMA Exam Support Package should be listed; I believe they expire within 6 months from the time of purchase or IMA membership (not sure on the rule).

    Log in to imaonlinestore
    Click on my orders at my membership page
    Select digital content access
    You will see an order number - click on it
     Pdf will be downloaded automatically.

    ((Current year-Past year)÷past year)×100

    This will give you the%. The one with the largest value is the answer. 

    So there is no issue with the given answer.
