    In credit loss there is 2approach Bs approach and IS approach in BS approach is percentage from AR and it give you  end balance of credit loss provision ( b.balance+incurred at the currant year+ recovery-writte off) 
    IS approach is percentage of credit sales and this give you directly bad debits incurred at current year .
