  • 1.  MCQ pass rate

    hello every one,

    im just wondring regards MCQ pass rate, 

    my friends told me its 50% from 100 Question  but acutaly 50% from 375 degrees which its .75 from total 500 Marks, that even if we asnwered the essay and had a full mark it wont work out to pass = 37.5 + 25 =57.5  can any one explain this to me?

    The scores are scaled and weighted. That means not every MCQ carries equal mark. You can pass with 50MCQs if those were to be weighted more. To be secure in exam, once you feel confident that you handled tricky questions well and did safely get 75% to 80% of MCQs right, that is when you can be certain of passing the exam. You do get essay window open when you get 50% correct answers. Wish you good luck!
