    Good Day,

    I have have just registered and paid for the CMA Part 1 for October window and I did not receive any information how to get my CMA Support Package. I checked the emails received from them but to no avail.
    Any advise where I could download the support package? Already browsed my IMA Account but still there is no information about it.
    I emailed IMA team to inquire hoping they will respond.

    Any help please.

    Dear Lex,

    I have faced the same problem, they will reply to you soon, meantime to access the Exam Support Package check the following;

    1- log in the IMA  website'
    2- click myIMA in the top right-hand corner of the screen;
    3-on the blue left-hand navigation bar click on my orders 
    4- click on digital content access;
    5- click on the hyperlink CMA EXAM SUPPORT PACKAGE.

    Thanks a lot on this. Actually they replied that they are on holiday thus need to wait.
