    Hello everyone,

This is what we need to bring on the exam date, but what is the ICMA authorization letter?
Also, what calculator is the best one approved and easy to use? And can we use draft (paper) and pen during the exam?

That list is what you need to schedule an exam, not what you need to bring to the exam. Here is the manual:

Pages 9-10 talk about what to bring on exam day. Personally, I brought two forms of identification and a Texas   Instruments BA II Plus calculator.

The testing center will give you scratch paper and a pen. I read in blogs that some testing centers only gave candidates one piece of scratch paper at a time and they had to turn in that sheet before they could get a new sheet, however some test takers said they got multiple sheets. I recommend calling the testing center beforehand to verify the scratch paper policy. I prepared for one sheet of paper at a time, however that was not the case for me.  I got two scratch paper booklets (about four pieces of paper) and I was able to use front and back. I did not run out of scratch paper during the exam.

When you pay for your exam part, you will get your authorization letter.
Pens, calculators, and scrap paper/s is provided by the Prometric Center.
