  • 1.  I accidentally cancelled the exam

    Good afternoon Guys, 
    I need your help over here. Today while I was trying to look for where I can take the exam in Egypt, I accidentally clicked on CANCEL EXAM APPOINTMENT rather than reschedule the exam appointment. Now, I am trying to schedule the exam appointment again and it keeps telling me that the CONFIRMATION ID has already been used or the exam appointment has been cancelled. Now I want to schedule again, but I could not. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? This is so important for me.
