Dear All,
My exam was originally scheduled for Aug 31, which was subsequently rescheduled by prometric to Sep 27th and further to October 13th. It is again further cancelled. I tried to schedule using the authorization number, however prometric says it is already in use. The appointment confirmation of Oct 13th is invalid.
I tired contacting prometric, but the call center seems to be closed.
Please advise the next steps
