    Hi All,

    What does mean by Authorization Number (ID card/ IMA Customer ID) in Prometric, because I try to register for exam
    and show me message "The eligibility ID does not exist or has already been used."

    Dear Jokha,
    Once you have registered for exam, IMA will provide an authorization number, which you need to quote on prometric site and then it will redirect you for booking the dates.

    Hi, 

    After registering CMA Exam, you should receive an email that includes the authorization number. The subject of the email should be like "CMA Exam Authorization Letter".

    The authorization number is the one you would have received in the IMA's authorization letter, upon paying the exam entrance fee.

    It can take a couple of days for the number to activate with Prometric.
