    You get them by different providers..
    Hock/ Becker/ Gleim..

    Standard providers are listed on the IMA website.

    you get the practice questions from IMA once you register for the exams ..

    There is a study of testing questions for both parts that you can download in pdf copy. 
    I went to office Depot and downloaded it there and added spiral to make it as a textbook.
