I gave part 2 exam on 13 July. I was able to get to essays section. I found out that the MCQs were not very tough. However, all my friends said that the MCQs they got were "very tough". I felt that the questions were a mix of easy, moderate and tough. The essay had 12 questions, and I have answered all of them. The essay answers ranged from average answer to satisfactory answer, as per my understanding.
For MCQs: I think i guessed 5-7 questions because some of the were in no manner doable. Additionally, I explicitly remember marking 2 MCQs wrong, i later remembered my mistake in them. Of corse, apart form this there must be other mistakes as well.
For essays: I think one essay was tough and the other was fine. The time was ticking, I could have written much more. Now, i am not sure what is a good answer in essay. There were so many sub parts to the first essay, including 2 questions that i was taken aback looking at them. I managed to write average answers in some and satisfactory answers in others. I was able to write in bullets in some questions and in paragraphs in other, all due to the ticking clock. However, i read a post where a person said that he has done fairly well in essays, still failed and his report cited
"unsatisfactory" for the essay part. Now, I am getting head aches thinking about what will happen as waiting 2 months is seriously much. Sometimes I feel confident, sometimes i don't. I am reading discussions posts where people end up getting 350 even when they think they have done well in exam. And this scaled score technique is making me not reaching to a point of understanding about how i actually did in my exam. Then again, as per Hock and Gliem, 10/100 questions are pretest and will not be included in the final result. There are so many things. I am really confused, whether I should study for part 1 or not?
