Yes, just email to IMA the documents needed. Note that there are two different email addresses to be used.
As far as I know, this is the easiest option we have to submit our documents. 
Once submitted, we just have to wait for their email reply.
Also, it may take 3 to 4 weeks to received the certificate from the mail.

What I understood on that line is - the transcript is issued by your university/college, and you just have to email it to IMA.
At first I got confused as well - I thought the University is the one that will contact IMA, but it is not. 
I emailed my transcripts to IMA last Friday and yesterday I got the approval. I also got the approval for my work experience today - :).
