  • 1.  Trying to Register for Exam on Prometric

    Hi,
    I am trying to register for exam through prometric but everytime it is giving me the message "The identification number entered was not recognized, Please try again." though i have received the authorization code on my email and I am putting it but it is refusing me to register for exam on 27th of February-2020. If somebody can help me in this regard. I am residing in Ajman

    hi,
    You have to pay the exam fee to IMA before selecting booking the date through prometric; you will receive the notification mail with identification number immediately after the payment.
