Hi Anna,I received the same email, and I was scheduled to take the exam on June 12th. I went on the website, it mentioned that there will be a follow up email to address how and when you can reschedule.
it was a poor execution from the Prometric's side by just sending out a cancellation email without giving any solution. I panicked just like thousands of others.
If you don't hear back within the next week, try calling again. I believe You even have the option for canceling your test and getting a full refund.
