I was scheduled to take the exam on May 1. I feared that the exam was going to be postponed. I contacted the IMA and was tole to log onto the Prometric Website. There is an option to reschedule the exam for July or for the September/October window or to receive a full refund. If you wish to reschedule, it is a simple process. Just log onto the prometric website and follow the prompts. Here is the link....
If you currently have a scheduled appointment and wish to reschedule to a later date at no cost, please follow the steps below.
- Go to https://www.prometric.com/test-takers/search/icma
- Underneath Actions, select Reschedule/Cancel

I received the same email, and I was scheduled to take the exam on June 12th. I went on the website, it mentioned that there will be a follow up email to address how and when you can reschedule.
it was a poor execution from the Prometric's side by just sending out a cancellation email without giving any solution. I panicked just like thousands of others.
If you don't hear back within the next week, try calling again. I believe You even have the option for canceling your test and getting a full refund.

Where did you took the appointment at? You can call them directly and also mail to IMA
on <maskemail>ima@...</maskemail>.
Anyway, window is open till July end and again from August 1 to Oct 31st. Changing fee is waivedoff too. Nothing to worry.
