I am in Doha, and I scheduled my exams in May-end, but they made me reschedule it in July, then to September, all this while they did not charge reschedule fees, but after they cancelling September, when I reschedule it for October, they charged me $50.
But, what I failed to understand is, firstly in Qatar we do not have any lock-down, here all schools and educational institutions are working as usual, nothing is closed, so why only Prometric is taking this extra precautions and playing with our study preparations and careers.
Secondly, if they are cancelling the exams for their own precautionary measures, why we are being made to pay rescheduling charges. On this similar lines I wrote a mail to them and asked for the refund, but did not heard anything from them yet.
I feel Prometric Qatar is either a fraud or extra inefficient.
