Hi Kirti,
I have cleared part 2 and I think i can help you with this question. I was solving a mock before my exam and I was unable to be sure of most of the professional ethics questions because, as you mentioned, it is confusing. I learnt few things, sharing it and hoping it might help you:
1. I took each sub topic - like Teology or Deontology, Or Corporate Culture or ethical considerations - I marked 5 points and learnt them by heart in case something in essays comes up to wrote about it. This trick worked as i was asked a sub-question on similar lines in the essay.
2. Then, i read each line in the textbook as if how will an MCQ be formed around it. And made keywords like consequence - Teology; motivation, action - deontology; D for duty D for Deontolgy; being and moral character - vitrue; etc.
3. I read and read and read every marked line in Professional ethics (whole chapter) 20 times in last 15 days before exam. It took 1 hour in the starting then 45 then 30 and down to 10 mins at end for revising whole chapter.
4. FCPA is next level confusing and twisted so i tried to learn each line by heart. Not cramming it but making logical sequence like FCPA - what, for whom, what entities, third party intentions; exceptions - so i tried to link it and followed a sequence.
I followed this and let me tell you i was happy this all worked for me in exam. There were some questions which I think i might not be right but i was able to crack most of the questions on Professional ethics in exam. Hope it helps, all the best!
