    Hi All,

    Today i attempt my CMA Part1 Exams and i clear MCQ Section and go to essay and tried to atemp in right way.

    I m little bit confused that Essay numbers matter in final result?
    Bcos one of my friend told me if u clear MCQ u r almost pass.

    Essay Questions are just a formality

    And as i see essay questions were not difficult at all.

    So any one can tell me in detail...

    Hi Hamid,

    No that is not correct. The weight of the exams is 75% MCQ and 25% essay. Even if you cleared the MCQ and advance to the essay there is still the possibility that you will fail the exams. Just read previous post from other members and there are indeed people failed even they advanced to the essay portions. So no matter what you need to put your best effort to both parts.
